So people will see an open\/closed message near the customer service section.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/webdinge.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Screenshot_2019-02-12-Department-V2-&#xBB;-Settings-Lightspeed-eCom1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2023\"\/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Set hours per day: <\/strong>Just describe what your opening hours are. When you are closed on a certain day just type <strong>closed<\/strong>. Otherwise type your opening time and closing time like so <strong>hh.mm \u2013 hh.mm.<\/strong> So for opening at 09.00 and closing at 18.00 you\u2019ll have to type <strong>09.00-18.00.<\/strong> That\u2019s all.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>The next few settings are mentioned to setup which customer service channels you offer. So the channels where clients can go to ask questions or to find information.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/webdinge.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Screenshot_2019-02-12-Department-V2-&#xBB;-Settings-Lightspeed-eCom2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2025\"\/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Frequently Asked Questions: <\/strong>This will add a link to your frequently asked questions on your customer service page<\/li><li><strong>Email address:<\/strong> Set the email address where client questions can be send.<\/li><li><strong>Email address average response time:<\/strong> Set the average response time for this channel. This will give people an idea on when to expect an answer from you. You can leave this blank when you don\u2019t want to use this function and just show the email address.<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon\"><strong>Note: <\/strong>Above settings are the same for all other options except for the <strong>live chat<\/strong> function.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/webdinge.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Screenshot_2019-02-12-Department-V2-&#xBB;-Settings-Lightspeed-eCom3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2027\"\/><\/figure>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Live chat:<\/strong> Currently only the <strong>free<\/strong> Tawk.to live chat is incorporated in the theme.
